What time is your check-in & check-out time?

Our check-in time is 3PM and our check-out time is noon time (12 PM).

What is the hotel voltage?

Hotel voltage is 220 V, please make sure to check the voltage of your equipments before usage.

Which payment methods does the hotel accept?

All major credit card are accepted.

What are your business center hours?

Business center is open 24/7. The Business Center provides complimentary wired High Speed Internet Access for a maximum of 90 minutes per day. Guests must authenticate access with their names and room numbers every 30 minutes, for a maximum of three times.

Can I pay for a hotel room for someone else?

If you are booking on behalf of someone else, or wish to pre-pay, you must fill in the third party billing and send it by fax at +39 064745820.

Do you have safe box?

For your convenience there is an electronic safe box with a person digit code in all rooms. Safe deposit box is it at your disposal also at front desk.

Do you accommodate early check-in/late check-out?

If you require an early check-in, for 50% if the booked daily rate we would like to offer our Early Arrival package. This pacage comes with a €30 voucher to be spend in our food & beverage outlets within the hotel.

In case you are not interested in booking your room for Early arrival, we wish to inform you that we will take note of your estimated arrival time and do all our best accomplish your request based on hotel availability.

For late check-out we suggest to verify availability with our Front desk team on your day of arrival.

What are your internet choices?

Complimentary Internet access with limited bandwidth is available in all public areas & guest rooms.  For your convenience, each wireless code grants simultaneous access to 5 different devices.

Premium internet is available for all guests booking Grand Luxe rooms or Suites. Or when not included, Premium Internet Fee for 10 Mb cost €12 per day.

Free internet is available to all SPG Members when booking on Starwood websites, mobile sites and SPG apps. Benefits vary by membership level.

All rooms are equipped with hairdryers.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

What will be charged for children?

Children rollaway is free under the age of 12.

What is the room/suite amenity policy?

Grandluxe room and suite amenities will be granted only when the initial booking and payment for the corresponding room type has been made via,, hotel directly or travel agents (GDS). For reservations made via online travel agencies (Expedia, etc.) or group bookings amenities will not be extended.

In case of an upgrade, the amenity policy of the original booking will be granted.

Do you provide rollaway beds?

Rollaway beds are available upon request. One rollaway per room is complimentary for child under 12 . Adult charge is €89 +10% VAT per day. Only valid on individual bookings.

Does your hotel provide cribs?

Cribs are provided upon request (free of charge). But the hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs for security purposes.

Does the hotel have accessible rooms?

Accessible rooms are available upon request.

Are pets allowed and at what costs?

Small pets are allowed for maximun 4 kg weight.

Are connecting rooms available?

Connecting rooms are available upon request. Only Grand Luxe rooms and all Suite types can connect.


Do the guestrooms boast a boiler, coffee makers or iron boards?

In accordance with security safety and regulation of Italy, usage of boilers, coffee makers or irons is not permitted in the room.

What are your laundry service hours?

Laundry is available to all guest Mon - Fri from 8am to 8 pm, same day delivery option is available (with extra charge). Pressing service only, is available on Sat from 9 am to 6 pm. Sunday laundry service does not operate.


Does you hotel provide parking and how much does it cost?

Hotel has a valet parking. Price varies from car size starting from 40€.

Does your hotel have a fitness center? 

Our hotel is equipped with a WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio with Technogym facilities accessible 24/7 with room key and complimentary to all guests.

Does the hotel have a pool or wellness area? 

Kami Wellness Center is located in the hotel and is open from 9AM to 9PM for massages, pedicures, manicures and different treatments daily on appointment. 

Besides, we boast an indoor pool, sauna and steam bath that are open daily from 9AM to 9PM as well. Our WestinWORKOUT® provides guests with slippers and towels.

Can my children visit the fitness area, pool and wellness area? 

Children under 14 have to be accompanied by an adult.


What are your breakfast hours?

Breakfast will be served in Doney restaurant and is open for breakfast daily from 7 to 10.30 AM.

What are the costs of breakfast?

We offer 2 different breakfast options:

  • American buffet breakfast. That will cost 39€ per person
  • Continental breakfast and will cost 22€ per person

How many dining possibilities are there?

We boast:

  • One restaurant, Doney Restaurant. That is open from 7AM to 10.30PM.
  • One café, Doney Café. With opening hours from 7AM to 10.30PM.
  • One bar, Orum Bar, open from 10.30 AM to 1 AM.
