Small parmigiana of paccheri and buffalo burrata cheese with cedar

Sherbet of mangostin and mint

Veal fillet in madeira sauce and spugnole mushrooms with thyme parsnips

Chocolate trinitarian heartbeat and fondue of banyuls and raspberries

Coffee, small hearts of chocolate and red roses

Price: 110.00 euro per couple, wine included.
