Really love the location of the Hotel. Even though we were in a completely different country outside of the USA, the Hotel was wonderful at making it a safe haven and a home away from home! There is not a microwave that was provided, but the staff did eagerly let us know, that we can call in and have the food warmed up, which we did, and it was warmed up and given back to us in a very Room Service kind of way, with no additional charges. Even though there was no exclusive fridge, the minibar fridge has a section for personal use, where we were able to store our food. We did end up going to the Pool, one thing to note! The Jacuzzi is not warm, it only bubbles, which is definitely a disappointment after sooo much walking from all the touristic activities. Regardless, wonderful facilities Sauna and business center met my expectation, was able to print out tickets to events with no additional charges. I did order room service and food was delivered within 30 minutes, Pizza is definitely a must. The staff were great, and greeted us upon every entry to lobby. The Cafe/Restaurant provided all the typical Italian options for food. Easy to find, and the close by Taxi stand, you always had a taxi at the curbside which you can take whenever you please. Finding water was also convenient due to the close by stores, that sold cold bottles! Over all I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Italy! If you make it to the OVRM Bar try out a singapore sling, they make it very well and fresh!
